Professional E-Sports News (PESN) is essentially a simple fb page dedicated to those interested in professional gaming. It is not for marketing purposes or to make money. Just a source of entertainment for those who spend more time facebooking on their phones than actually listening to the professor.

Who are you?
I'm "acceL" and have been a competitive gamer since 1998. I have traveled the U.S. for games such as Halo 2, StarCraft, and Counter-Strike. If you are familiar with the Halo 2 scene at all, I was teammates with PEPApostle, Detach, and LegendJRG. In StarCraft II I was on the top 200 NA ladder up until I quit. I have played against many of the best players in ladder and show matches and won, but mostly lost . Some examples of these are: dignitas.SeleCT, Day9, Tasteless, Artosis (before they moved to Korea), Axslav, Machine, Sheth, iNControL, IdrA, and the list goes on...
Currently, I am a professional poker player and avid LoL player. I started playing ranked the minute I dinged 30 and I tanked down to ~600 elo. Currently I am ~1400 elo and plan on being 2000+ soon.
Why are you doing this?
I haven't really seen anything like this done on fb which I find weird since everyone and their mom and grandma (literally) are on it. Since CBS partnered with Twitch.tv, MLG, and the NASL it made me realize how fast e-sports is growing and eventually led me to come up with this idea. When I first started competitive gaming there was only one player in North America that was the literal definition of a "professional gamer" and that was fatal1ty. If you don't know who he is, then you are a noob. I have 'wasted', so they say, vasts amounts of time on gaming (~12-16 hours per day was common). I have never really done anything for e-sports beside provided some epic games, so I decided I should do this. This is not for publicity or money, just a fun hobby.
What games will PESN be covering?
-League of Legends
-StarCraft II
-Dota II
-Others tbd
I am unsure if halo and/or call of duty will be added since the current state of affairs those games are in isn't good.
What do you want from us?
If you are interest to like our page fb.com/esportsnews and if you find it useful to spread the word to your friends.
We are also seeing someone to cover DotA II. Preferably a high tier player that follows the pro game closely.
Thanks for your time,
Matthew "acceL" Bobilin
