It's that time again! The CSL:EU is opening it's doors for registration of our main season of SC2 action. At the end of our previous season (Season zero) we sent out feedback forms to a number of the teams about how we could improve the league. We have taken these into consideration and plan on making the league more flexible and more fun for players in the league!
Registration for this season is restricted to citizens of UK and Ireland only, due to us not having the staff available for mainland Europe yet, watch out for that in season 2!
Registration for CSL:EU Contact Joeeigel on TL or Twitter for more information or if you have any issues.
To register a team or to join an existing team, details are on this page! http://eu.cstarleague.com/news/1/hsl-101
This season at least 75% of your school must have valid .ac.uk emails, and must have completed our verification process, to allow players from outside your school, this is to avoid teams being as 'stacked' as last season, but to still allow teams that cannot meet the minimum to play.
Colleges are allowed to participate, so long as the college provides the students with a valid .ac.uk email address. If you are an Open University student you need to manually apply for a .ac.uk email address, you can do this by visiting here.
If you try to register a team for an institution that already has a team, we will add you to the roster, but forward your names on to the teams current coordinator.
The deadline for registration is Friday 28st October! Any applications submitted after this day will not be accepted.
If you need help recruiting we have created a basic promotional poster for teams to put around their campuses! [url blocked]

The CSL:EU Division is ran by former UKUTL admin Joseph "Joeeigel" Berkley. The UKUTL boasted over 32 teams with a £500 prize pool in its first season, running multiple leagues per academic year, as well as fun cups, not just on Starcraft 2, during our down time.

Excellent stuff.
Any hints on the map pool?
Also, are the 1v1s/2v2 BO1 or BO3?
|
They're BO1, if the cames are played in sucesssion, like they are supposed to be, It will take way too long to play them all.
