VampireLady: 'You will see more and more girls!'
+ Show Spoiler +
Competo: You are known as a female player, admin for the ESL StarCraft 2 Female Cups and as caster, but who is VampireLady and why should we know her?
VampireLady: Well, I am pretty new to the community and I had an idea, because I watched the Blizzcon and there was Warcraft 3 with two female casters, who were casting Warcraft 3. I was really inspired by them and I really liked the idea of two female casters in Starcraft, because it adds a new vibe to the community. I really want to be a part of it and that's why I am trying to cast games, why I am trying to organize female tournaments.
Competo: So, you joined the eSport-scene on the Blizzcon, when you saw it or have you been playing some games before you watched this event?
VampireLady: I’ve played Street Fighter 4 a lot and other fighting games. I’ve played on Nintendo and Super Nintendo. I had a lot of consoles. Later on, I played Warcraft 3 and I loved that game, but I’ve stopped. Well, I was playing with a guy and he quit playing, so I stopped playing as well. That was years ago. I think it was eight years ago and then as I knew that Starcraft 2 was coming out, I tryed to get into the beta and I got into it.

Competo: Hello DieStar! A few weeks ago, you joined Millenium. Why?
DieStar: Hey, yes I joined Milleniumm. I wanted to have a good team for my traveling on LAN tournaments. I didn't know anything about Empire, e.g. how they organize it etc. and at Millenium, I got my best friend of SC2: Tarson. I wanted to be with him in a team, it was the most important reason, why I joined Millenium.
Competo: Do you have a contract with Millenium?
DieStar: No, I don't have a contract with Millenium. If any team would like to get me, come on with propositions!

Competo: Before you went to Millenium, you played for Team Empire, a Russian SC2-Clan. What can you say about Empire?
DieStar: Empire is a great team with outstandig players. They are very friendly and helpful, I never had problems with their leaders or players. There is a very good atmosphere and I was happy at Empire.

Competo: Welcome Cloud! You were able to reach the second place of the ESL Pro Series 17. Are you satisfied with your result?
ClouD: It was indeed a good result, but I was aiming at the first place and I was a bit disappointed, I couldn’t perform too well against Socket in the Grand Final. This time, I’m practicing much more and I hope next season will bring better results.
Competo: Last season your aim was to reach the finals. It was tight, but it came as you whished, you reached the finals. Honestly, how lucky was this? I mean, you only reached the finals, because of the maps you won.
ClouD: It was very lucky also because Naniwa left the tournament, otherwise, I couldn’t go there for sure. But I think I played very well overall, so I made up for the early season fail.
Competo: Are the finals your aim for the next season again?
ClouD: My aim for the current season is first place, but since with the new format it’s so much harder to get there, I really need to shape up my level even more to reach that result.

Competo: Hi MaNa, you participated in our Competo StarCraft 2 Cup #24 two weeks ago. How would you describe the cup from your point of view?
MaNa: Hello, Competo Cup was pretty nice, the brackets were updating quickly. Sometimes I was waiting long for my opponent, but it was probably player's fault, because the game took so long.
Competo: You won the Go4SC2-Cup December monthly final. How proud have you been after this success?
MaNa: Ha, I was very proud! I wanted to face Diestar in the final, because I knew I’m very close to win the whole monthly final. After I won it 3-0 very easily, I was proud, very proud that I won it. You know, fame and 500 Euro! :D
Competo: If you sum up, how many prize money did you earn with StarCraft 2 so far?
MaNa: Hmm, around 13 000$? Something like that.

Competo: Hi inuh, please be so kind to introduce yourself. Besides, it would be interesting to know, what the person behind the nickname inuh does in his leisure time.
inuh: Hi I'm inuh (21) the German EPS Player from SK-Gaming with Korean origins. In my free time, I like to go out with friends, eat a lot and drink a lot of soju :D.
Competo: I think many people out there wonder, what you nickname stands for. How did you came to the nickname “inuh”?
inuh: A lot of people think, it stands for the japanese word "inu" (dog), but it's actually my Korean nickname huni reversed.
Competo: You are often casting your StarCraft 2 matches. What is the reason for you to do this extra work?
inuh: I don't see it as extra work. It's a lot of fun to cast my own games, while playing. And also it's a way to train a bit more.
SpecialEndrey: 'The audience wants to get entertained'
+ Show Spoiler +
Competo: Hi Endrey! Please start with a little introduction of yourself.
SpecialEndrey: Hey folks, I am André “Special Endrey” Lehmann. I am a professional caster for SC2 since August 2010. I am from Berlin here in good old Germany and I am currently enjoying the warm temperatures =).
Competo: What are doing in your leisure time, except playing or casting StarCraft 2?
SpecialEndrey: Well, SC2 consumes A LOT of time. I like to have a nice BBQ or to watch some football with my friends or just meet them. You know, when you get older (I am 27 now - lol) you don’t have to party super hard anymore. You just enjoy spending time with your friends

Competo: What was the main reason for you to become a shoutcaster?
SpecialEndrey: Back in the beta days, I started to watch some Husky & HD etc.. But this was just not enough content, so I looked for other casters, who just cast some games. But most of them kinda sucked and I thought “well I can do that better!“. So I started practicing. It was just soooo much fun to do and believe me, now it’s more fun than ever before
