Thinking of One Piece? I'm not too entirely knowledgeable on anime haha. Will see what I can come up with from clues.

Jackal58, character: Ilich Ramírez Sánchez A.K.A. Carlos the Jackal From wiki: Carlos the Jackal (born Ilich Ramírez Sánchez on October 12, 1949(1949-10-12)) is a Venezuelan terrorist convicted of murder in France who has worked with and for causes associated with communists, Arab nationalists and Islamists. The two targets of the pirate attacks were the governor, and the shareholder board of the East India Trading Company. + Show Spoiler + On completing guerrilla training Carlos played an active role for the PFLP in the north of Jordan during the Black September conflict of 1970, gaining a good reputation as a fighter. In 1973 Carlos was associated with the PFLP, which had conducted a failed assassination attempt on Jewish businessman and vice president of the British Zionist Federation, Joseph Sieff. From Beirut, Carlos participated in the planning for the attack on the headquarters of OPEC in Vienna. On December 21, 1975, he led the six-person team (which included Gabriele Kröcher-Tiedemann) that assaulted the meeting of OPEC leaders and took over sixty hostages, killing an Austrian policeman, an Iraqi OPEC employee and a member of the Libyan delegation. This fits in with the Jackal. He has perpetrated many attacks, and the targets would fit in with who a stereotypical "communist" would target. They are someone in power, and then a collective board for a business. The Jackal made attempts on the lives of people in high positions, as well as leading the attack on OPEC (The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries). They are a parallel to the East India Company. Currently the whereabouts of the shareholder board and the group is unknown. The Jackal, in his attack on OPEC, took many people hostage. This could be why the shareholder board is missing, they are hostages of the pirates. In the attack on OPEC, several people were killed as well, similar to the pirate attack. (This does not explain missing bodies though). + Show Spoiler + “But why? Why did the pirates take over the fort?” I thought for a moment, “Money? Certainly a governor is worth a large ransom of pounds” At that moment LSB came back and muttered, “Empty, it’s empty.” If they are indeed talking about money, then this may be relevant as well. + Show Spoiler + In the years following the OPEC raid, Bassam Abu Sharif and Klein claimed that Carlos had received a large sum of money in exchange for the safe release of the Arab hostages and had kept it for his personal use. There is still some uncertainty regarding the amount that changed hands but it is believed to be between US$20 million and US$50 million. The source of the money is also uncertain, but, according to Klein, it was from "an Arab president". The Jackal personally received a large sum of money as a result of the kidnapping. This echoes what is said in the day post, talking about ransom, and could also be why there is something empty, their vaults perhaps. + Show Spoiler + And at that moment, the wall collapsed onto LSB, and he disappeared in a giant burst of gravel. Carlos also admits responsibility for a failed bomb attack on the Bank Hapoalim in London, and car bomb attacks on three French newspapers, which were accused of pro-Israeli leanings. He claimed to be the grenade thrower at a Parisian restaurant in an attack that killed 2 and injured 30. He later participated in two failed rocket propelled grenade attacks on El Al airplanes at Orly Airport near Paris, on January 13 and 17, 1975. The Jackal also attempted several attacks involving explosives. This could be what causes the wall to collapse on The Jackal was trained in guerrilla warfare from a young age, which could be why the pirates of the story seem to be so elusive, unknown, and hard to capture. What do you guys think? Any other ideas? Anything wrong with this? Let's get more clue/puzzle solving going on. :p

My analysis of him (that was wrong): + Show Spoiler + Ok, so looking at the clues, I actually think they've fit Dr.H the best. Going in order: First Pic: "Drop the Bomb, exterminate them all!" A couple of interpretations. Just from what's written, it could refer to Thom Yorke's new band, "Atoms for Peace", which is a reference to nuclear bombs, or so it seems, Atoms for peace instead of atom bombs. Around this time, Yorke said he "hit the self-destruct button pretty quickly"; he drank heavily, which resulted in him randomly cutting his hair off and being too drunk to perform onstage. -wiki Self-destruction (weaker) But also, looking at it in the context of the movie, it's about Col. Kurtz, who is seen as a God, and has built himself up to be one. This could refer to two things from Thom Yorke's page. Either: A. "Radiohead first gained notice with the worldwide hit single "Creep", which later appeared on the band's 1993 debut album Pablo Honey. Yorke admitted later that the success had fed his ego; he tried to project himself as a rock star, which included bleaching his hair and wearing extensions. He said, "When I got back to Oxford I was unbearable . . . [A]s soon as you get any success you disappear up your own arse and lost it forever."" -From wiki He sees himself as a rock "god", and builds up his ego, similar to Kurtz, or... B. "Yorke has had an uneasy relationship with other celebrities and the media. Following Radiohead's 1993 Pablo Honey tour of America, Yorke became disenchanted at being "right at the sharp end of the sexy, sassy, MTV eye-candy lifestyle" he felt he was helping to sell to the world." He doesn't like how other celebrities are seen as "Gods" and worshipped. Second Pic: Yorke was born in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire. At birth, his left eye was fixed shut; his doctors believed that his eye was paralyzed and that the condition was permanent. Yorke's parents took him to an eye specialist, who suggested a muscle graft. Yorke underwent five eye operations before he was six years old.[10] Yorke's father, a chemical equipment salesman, was hired by a firm in Scotland shortly after his son's birth and the family lived there until Yorke was seven. During this time Yorke had to wear a patch over his eye.[11] He has stated that the last surgery was "botched," leaving him with a drooping eyelid.[12] Yorke's family moved frequently; Yorke would move from school to school, where classmates teased him because of his eye problems. -wiki He had eye problems, which caused him to have a droopy eye. He was made fun of by his classmates because of this. The picture definitely looks like it could be someone getting bullied by others, pushed onto the ground. Also, the figure is grey, which could be in reference to how he looked different, or it could mean you just ran out of yellow Lego figures. Now, the third and fourth pictures are the weaker interpretations, I think one of them is the fake. Third pic: A winter field, covered in snow, with a lone pair of footprints winding through it. I can think of a few things that relate to this, none of them particularly strong. Yorke is an environmental activist, particularly against carbon emissions, which cause global warming, lead us to colder winters, thus the cold winter picture. It could also maybe refer to his seemingly spending less time with the band, and going off on his own more and doing own thing recently, thus the single track through the snow. The field also looks lonely, or (pun incoming) he left his band out in the cold. Last one, with wiki proof, In 2002, Jack Black claimed to have approached Yorke to congratulate him on his solo show at the Bridge School benefit concert in San Francisco, only for Yorke to ignore him and walk away. Referring to the incident, Black stated in an interview: "I heard later that he's famously cold, and it wasn't just me that he despises, but the whole world. -wiki It says he's cold, which could be a reference to it being winter, and cold, mirroring his emotional landscape. It could also be that he "despises the whole world", so he is walking all alone in the lonely winter. Fourth pic (weakest connection): Magic tricks, could be a reference to the fact he is a performer. It could maybe also be what whoever pointed out, the song at the bottom of the wiki, "House of Cards". Fifth Pic: Sheet music. Thom Yorke is a musician, so music, duhh. But I can add a bit more to this, besides just being a musician. Yorke, unlike the other members of Radiohead, has never learned how to read music.[44] He said, "If someone lays the notes on a page in front of me, it's meaningless... because to me you can't express the rhythms properly like that. It's a very ineffective way of doing it, so I've never really bothered picking it up."[43] -wiki Another reference to music, particularly sheet music. He says he can't read it, and it doesn't look like anything to him, so perhaps it is especially relevant that it's sheet music, and not just an instrument, or stereo, or something else loosely related to music. I know it doesn't look like much to me either haha (Sheet music). But now I see they're built up around a theme, whereas my analysis of Dr. H took parts from all over the wiki. This'll help if I play a clue game like this again though. :p
