Current Leader: MisterFred (100 games, 61% winrate)
I thought Mr. Haegn had a good idea. But with all due respect, I'm not a big fan of sticking with one race or doing the same thing every time. So for those of us who like a little more variety: I present an alternate challenge:
The One Hundred Free For All (or less) Challenge.
The basics are this: play 100 FFA games (or some multiple of 20 for you wussies out there) and post your win-loss record, your win-loss percentage (math required for those who don't play the full 100), your race (bonus respect for Zerg players, who are slightly weaker in FFA), and a replay pack.
Now I know a lot of people think "why would I do that FFA is so random," but I'm betting this challenge will prove this isn't true. After all, my FFA winrate is well above my 1v1 winrate, so that's pretty much proof that FFA skill will rise to the top. And, from my personal experience, playing a lot of FFA will improve your 1v1 late game skills much more quickly than actually playing a lot of 1v1s.
How to FFA
1) Go to the Multiplayer tab after logging into b.net, select FFA as gametype, select race, click on Find Match.
2) Execute the strategy you're most familiar with and know best.
3) Lose horribly with your 1v1 strategy.
4) Begin to think harder.
