pretty good though i think the hiding of the spire is the key and i'm even wondering if you could get it even faster by skipping that queen and make it after the lair

Only watched the first replay. Mass Reapers?? He only sent about 5-6... Your build wont work against skilled T.

HAHAHAHAHAHA.
Trolling, perhaps?

I know that mass reapers are clearly too strong -.- But in the first replay the T has max 6 Reapers. That's no problem! We are talking about 10-16 Reapers. They can instantly kill everything, even roaches!

He was getting to that point but didn't because of the mutas.

Hmm Germany... is this Take?
Anyways, as I've mentioned I'm on board with this strat (the queen part my be detrimental). I will post a replay when I run into the reaper strat, which I'm sure wont be too hard.

You probably have not seen the Intel Extreme Masters, where almost each Terran Player went mass Reapers against Zerg. Even after defeating this early aggression the Terran Player was in a significant position, both economical and food wise. In some matches you could see the struggle the Zerg had against this strategy.

Can't watch the replays as I'm at work, but thanks for not providing a build order or at least a vague description of your strategy, it really helps encourage discussion to obscure as much information as possible.

Its a 17 roach warren 3 roaches out 1 spine crawler and pretty much a fast tech to Spire. Though i think testing whether to skip queen could be done

Watched all the replays.
asgard asgard harassed well enough to keep you at 23 workers vs his 31. All he failed to do was assume you were building a spire when he saw the lair.
Sephel Sephel was pretty bad. He waited way too long to start harassing. I'm guessing his multitasking was too bad to do so.
spOh spOh was pretty aweful as well. His build order was terribad. At one point he made so many supply depots that he was at 21/43.
ocedic ocedic is a friend of mine coincidently and I think he was the best of the 4 in terms of harassment. However, he is a random player and I know he hasn't done this strategy long enough to keep up his scv production (only had about 20 workers at the end). Again, should have assumed mutas when he saw lair.
Summary None of these guys really did a good execution of the build and anyone smart enough to realize lair = spire will put up some turrets and end up with a worker advantage while being able to expand with marauders and turrets.

Im not sure if this is how it works... just because you dont want gold players criticizing you, you dont detail the build? Arent there ceartain guidelines and format that posts like this have to follow? Shouldnt you atleast tell the basic idea behind it?

How do marauders help against mutas denying an expo while you get your own up?

So you should assume your opponent is terrible and play in a way that would lose against a decent player in order to win against a bad player? Sounds good.

It's good to start somewhere...

Not good enough. A strategy that relies on the opponent making mistakes means that an opponent who doesn't make mistakes will simply beat the strategy. Perhaps the strategy can adapt, perhaps not. The point is this strategy will not allow you to beat anyone your level, only players worse than you.
