Thoughts on the first time in the MSL?
-When I was sure that I could begin winning, I suddenly played worse and worse, and I’m still a bit confused, but I’m in still in a good mood. Recently, I would get past the Prelims just to get eliminated in the individual leagues, and I haven’t gotten into a single group selection ceremony yet. The first time advancing to MSL proper makes me happy.
Were you confident after seeing your group?
-It followed my wishes. I wanted to play a ZvZ, and when I saw Kwanro advance to the winner’s game, I wanted to get into the winner’s game too.
Thoughts on the game against Stats?
-In the beginning I was really nervous and lost a lot of Overlords, and I was dissatisfied with a lot of things I did. But when I killed off the expo at 6 o’clock, I was able to get map control, and then win.
You lost a lot to Kwanro’s Zerglings in the winner’s game.
-I don’t think the camera was on me and didn’t get my expression. My mind was blank, I thought “I’m going to lose like this again?” But the Sunken seemed to do more than I expected, and I just used Zerglings and Drones to keep stalling. The Sunken didn’t get killed off, so I was reinvigorated and I was able to focus on the game. And then I thought I basically won, but I didn’t attack when I should’ve. But it seems my opponent twas affected too, and when he finally said GG, I was really happy.
Do you have any specific goals?
-I’m working very hard for this MSL. Even though I didn’t set a specific goal, I’ll do my best every game.
You seem excited for the group selection.
-I’m a quiet person, I don’t think I’ll do any ceremonies. I’ll see when I get to it.
Last words?
-Before this, Shine kept showing me ZvP, and I benefited a lot. I want to thank all my teammates.

Thoughts on your third consecutive appearance in the MSL?
-I played until the last game, which was tiring, but I’m happy. I didn’t even know this was the third time.
Thoughts after seeing your group?
-I was confident in PvT but not in PvZ, so I thought as long as I could win against one Zerg I’d be good. My plan seemed to go well.
The last game was very intense.
-The Corsairs did a lot in the early game, but Kwanro’s lings were used well. If my Shuttle harass didn’t work I would’ve been in trouble, but luckily it worked, so I was able to win.
You played very calmly and steadily, that’s difficult.
-I did the best preventing my opponent’s harass, so I won. Because I already played two games, I was warmed up, and I was able to perform well in the later games.
Goal this season?
-No specific goal yet. I felt the MST was very hard this time, so even if I got eliminated in the Ro32, I wanted to play until the last game, but luckily I can go evern further. And another important point, because my PvZ isn’t great, I want to play more PvZ.
Recently, Protosses haven’t achieved much. Thoughts?
-I think if I can work hard and play good games in a time like this, I’ll get more attention, so I’m working hard.
Last words?
-Thanks to Hoejja, 815, and Firefist for helping me practice. Today, Roro-hyung said we should advance together, and I’m happy that’s how it turned out. I was in the same Guild at Roro, so I hope to use this opportunity to become closer with him.
