I recently patched (duh), and now whenever i play i have a .5 second delay whenever i tell any unit to do anything

In addition, when i go to main and exit game, the exit screen just stands tehre, and in order to shut down the game i have to open my process manager and kill the process.

So i was just wondering if anyone else have this same issue and if someone had it but fixed it.

My net and all is fine, got 25/5Mpbs connection and very good computer, it just happened after patch 11. very strange.

I have the same exit game problem. I'm running win7 64bit, amd 64 x2 2.10 GHz (4000+), 4gb ram, 8600gt.

But you do not have the ingame problem with small delay, i should reboot and try to play again.

Hm, nope, definitely still a solid delay

I just had the exit game problem. Had to use the restart button on the case.

No i didn't, i just hadn't tried a actual game without rebooting, but its definitely still there

You can exit the game ok if you click log out and then quit

I get the exit hang pretty much everytime i quit the game. thought it was probably my system since it just barely runs it (can't wait for the new one this summer)

I get the exit problem too. Glad to hear it isnt my system. I don't have the delay you were talking about though.

Also had a Windows 7 security feature crash a game for the first time yesterday, very frustrating especially considering it was at the end of a 45 minute TvT that i had basically just won, but had to finish off a few buildings first.

Since patch 11 the game freezes for me whenever I try to exit. Some hotkeys in replays are also unresponsive, so far its everyone (e), player cam (c) and pause (p), although unpause works fine. Those keys work in chat and ingame, just not for replays. My PC is waaay above min specs.

I've also tried restarting my computer and I still have both problems.

Same here, the exit problem. Haven't played the game yet, so no idea about the delay.

But I'm curious about the "speed" increase that's like a plague on SC Beta forums, did the game really get speed increase?

yeah I have exit issue too but I don't worry since terminating the game throgh the task manager does not damage the game in any way.

I had that exit hang too, but way earlier. It sometimes quit after 30-60 seconds, but not all the time.

As i said once again

Click LOGOUT, then QUIT to prevent hangups when exiting

And i fixed my ping now, it was really high because of people on the wifi, but it has been liek this for atleast 2 weeks

I think they turned down latency from 250 to 125 so i noticed it

same exit problem, hangs when try to exit game while in b.net. should be a quick fix.

Yeah no.1000 person with the exit bug, seems bloody widespread. I wonder what the hell they did to break that?
