4/13 Day[9] Daily #0100 My Life of Starcraft (Blip tv link) (Livestream Link)
Hello Loyal TLnetizens.
As you know I've been part of the Starcraft community for 12 years. I first began playing as a wee lad in 6th grade using "only 1 cheat code a game," up to playing LAN games w/ my brother, to battle.net, to WCG tournaments over 10 years (anyone remember WCGC? :D), to now talking via livestreams as much as my time can spare. With so many fond memories, I've decided commemorate my Day[9] Daily #100 to a straight up lifestory of what my BW life has been like. For any of you curious about what my stories are like, I had to fill in about 20 minutes of time during the DeMuslim vs Insolent ZOTAC #6 game. So, you can find the example here:

I want to make my #100 as special as possible, so I'm creating this thread not just for awareness, but also so people can post questions of stuff they want me to talk about! Starcraft and parents, Starcraft and girlfriends, Starcraft itself. Anything you want! Just put it in an @question format in bold like

That way I'll be able to distinguish it from discussion  . I purchased a really nice camera so you'll be able to see my a lot more clearly for #100. I'm super excited to share my story!

@question here is my question Talk about why StarCraft has been such an important part of your life, why you keep coming back to it, what it's meant to you. Basically, reflect on why you love StarCraft, and what you think your relationship with StarCraft II will involve.

@question: How did you get your girlfriend (possibly plural; girlfriends?) into playing Starcraft? did she already play when you met or did your enthusiasm for the game infect her with a curiosity?

Hey Day[9],
I've been watching your show since a little before the Starcraft 2 beta came out. I'm new to the community (I only started playing SC1 when I got interested in SC2) and sometimes find myself a bit overwhelmed or exhausted by the way Starcraft punishes failure. I keep crawling along but sometimes I get the worry I'm not quite progressing.
Anyhow, to the point - @question Did you during the early days find yourself losing steam - that you weren't feeling up to it anymore, and would you address (if you did) what kept you going?

@question: I think this is huge. Especially for a player like me. I get really nervous when I play online. I really enjoy the game, I love to watch it, I even love to play it, but I stress pretty hard trying to win- to the point where I sweat underarm or feel jittery even after the game has ended. Can you just talk about experiences you've had being nervous? Being in Tournament situations or even playing at home... you strike me as the very laid back sort- even playing important games.. How do you do it!?!?!
