Korean and English. This means you should look for 3 types of admins specifically. Those who can speak both Korean and English fluently (obviously preferred), those who can speak very fluent English, and those who can speak very fluent Korean. The problem with language translations is that some things get missed and you get unreasonable banning for a misunderstanding. A person who has very scratchy English or Korean shouldn't be handling complaints from a language they won't get the full meaning from. English admins should stick with English complains, Korean admins stick with Korean ones. The ones that can do both serve as the much needed bridge. Iccup is the one server that's being played like it is on SC so I can't imagine it would be that difficult to find the people to do this. You guys are reasonably professional and you run a very good organization... just know that you are attempting to communicate predominantly to two different languages and it just needs to be accounted for. | ||

@ Idra: The games "marked as hack" are games that our launcher can´t handle it, by x reason. Hacks, connection problems, etc. With this filter, we avoid to solve about 30 complaints daily, which they need to be hard investigated. Unfair: Obviously.The system cant be perfect when it works with the free contribution of people inside this community. Maybe if they were payed, we could push them to solve every single complaint. But, sadly, is not the case. With no more than 6 admins, we have to solve 400 complaints. None can do it. Honestly, we dont want to be totally fair. We want to be as fair as our resources let us do it. Everything what we do, is for gamers, for the good of this game, of this ladder. We don´t ignore complaints just because you are ugly (yeah, we could!), but we do it to solve more complaints and give a real answer. Most of time, games marked as hacks, requires that we have to trus in the word of complainer: Word against word. (Not always, but a lot of time). Belive me, give me 20 admins, or the enough number so they only need to spend 2 hs daily, and you will have all your complaints solved, so you can earn your very-important-to-keep-living 100 pts. | ||

And about the "mock", is the way I considerer the importance that some people gives to 100 pts lost it by an admin decision, (fair or unfair), and forget everything else, well done by the same staff. Seems that everyone else its allowed to talk shit about my staff and because I mock of 100 pts, someone feels offended... Well... enough time here. Keep on the topic. Forget this discussion. | ||
