You're trying so hard to make a point, but your point is completely wrong. The vast majority of communication on iccup takes place in either English or Korean. It's not too much to ask that an admin, or a super-admin no less, be able to read complaints in the language that most users speak. So stop this garbage about Russian or Hindi (Hindu isn't a language, it's a culture/religion) because it's completely irrelevant.

How are your "examples" proving anything? The fact that an admin might have trouble resolving a complaint in Hindi has no bearing on how much trouble they're apparently having with English. You're right, I don't have any numbers behind my statement. Since you're an iccup coder and you say you do you have numbers, which language on iccup is more frequently used than English or Korean?
I don't know if this is a purely a language barrier breakdown or if you're just an ignorant, self righteous person, although I suspect it's the latter, but coming here to say you're smarter than me and I don't understand your examples isn't going to get you anywhere.

It is not unk's problem, stop taking his responses so seriously. His tasks are strictly technical and do not involve directly confronting the users or admins. There is a chain of command for ICCup admins which unk linked to.
If you have a problem with a head admin (Mai-K in this case) your best bet would be to talk to cheloman about it. However, I'm not sure how active he is (he's marked as inactive on the webpage). However if he is inactive or is unable to do something to solve the problem (assuming the problem is rather large and serious) I would have to suggest that either: A. Another active head administrator be added to either keep Mai-K in check or to simply be responsible for the major complaints in English. or B. Find another person to replace Mai-K, but again only if the problem is large enough.
From what has been said here I'd have to say that the issue involving Mai-K is strictly a language barrier between himself and the English related complaints.
As for the points being removed for the rule limiting the number of games you can play against a single player per day per rank: I do believe however that this rule is being applied as fairly as possible. If a player exceeds the amount of games able to be played and they are caught - they are penalized. If they aren't caught until days, weeks, or months later? That makes no difference - especially since there is no way to keep every_single_iccup_account's games in check by a few key strokes.
Now while that rule may currently be enforced as best as it can (which I must have to say isn't really too great), I don't agree with the rule itself. Yes I can understand how its a measure to try and prevent abuse. Without the rule, abusers could still be found from masses of games being played with a low game duration (2~3 minutes) with only one winner. Yes, these are obvious cases and they don't need a rule in place to have penalties issued. With the rule in place however if a player really wanted to abuse all they would have to do is 1) increase the length of each match 2) change accounts before the limit for number of games against a single person is reached.
Now since people who truly want to abuse are forced to be more secretive with this rule in place, who is caught in the crossfire? The legitimate gamers who are mass gaming against a single opponent for whatever reason and have nothing to hide.
Personally I think this rule is only hurting ICCup - it doesn't necessarily help stop abuse and it hurts legitimate players. It should be removed but that's just my thought.

DianNaoDong is LoveTt
he played Fnatic.Never on some tournament with that account.

Tbh i think they should just remove the game limit for A/A++++ theres not many of them on and i dont htink any a+ player wants to risk losing 200 or something points playing A-/B+ etc. Plus i dont see how its abuse i mean its not like you can get A+ by being a d player -_-;

They should change the rule from Games against another player, to points gained from another player. This would really balance things out for the top players who play 20-30 games against each other and go 15-15 or something close to that. It would also prevent people from cheating at lower ranks vs another player, and would probably be a better alternative.
Just for example:
D/D+ you cannot take more than 780 pts from 1 player (6 games straight wins)
C-/C/C+ you cannot take more than 1170 pts from 1 player (9 games straight wins)
B-/B/B+ you cannot take more than 1560 pts from 1 player (12 games straight wins)
A- and up you cannot take more than 1950 pts from 1 player (15 straight wins)
anyway, with that system, A/A+ players could play each other 30 times, and 1 player would only gain 1000 pts, which would still be legal.

Cheloman is pretty active, well at least he banned a couple of friends because they complained as well, maybe someone can link this thread to him so that he can at least know wtf is going on, Iccup NEEDS programers and Top korean amateurs, losing them would be stupid and irresponsible.
Language barrier? hire people that can help... and unk STOP damnit -_-.
