lol how so? he hasnt even answered yet, im just curious to see who the person ive been arguing with since 5 years is, and all this negativity around him might have been repressed and could be the cause of his hostility against everyone, some positive energy might turn him from being hitler into mother teresa

Did july reset his stats ?? Pathetic. Iccup should be proud that progamers play in their server and instead of that all they do is being an ass and disturb them. Good work iccup admins, if progamers like july decide to stop playing iccup it'll be your own fault.

I think that there should probably be a separate discussion thread for this stuff.. But the truth is, that cheloman is right that we should cut iccup admins some slack when there's 5 active ladder admins and 400 complaints daily, that's completely ridiculous to not expect them to cut corners in order to lessen the workload. So I fully understand why "hacked" complaints are denied, If anything - we are lucky as hell to even have our complaints solved at this point. Iccup really needs 30 or more ladder admins, but right now they're so understaffed. I think that you guys need to do a better job announcing on iccup about needing more ladder admins during american times, and announcements should take place several times a day imo. Also, post a thread on the iccup forums about needing more ladder admins.
Anyway, I don't have time to be a ladder admin, not even enough to play SC very often, but hopefully some people here will apply and help fix this problem.
As for the discussion about punishing progamers - I completely agree that it was ridiculous. Obviously JulyZerg wouldn't stats abuse, he's one of the greatest starcraft players ever - so why did you guys need to punish him? Can't you at least give exceptions to progamers, who you know would never stats abuse, because they actually care about training more than their stats? I mean really, what's the point of rules if you can't bend them from time to time when it's obviously helpful to do so? I don't know of one person who supports that decision, yet his points never got refunded. You really need to listen to the community, as opposed to your inflexible rules about this. You said that you wanted ideas of how to fix this, I'm saying that you need to start a thread or poll on the iccup/teamliquid forums asking for suggestions and refund the points of those olympic/A+ players who clearly weren't stats abusing. If anything, make separate rules for A/A+/Olympic, there was already a good suggestion earlier in the thread, but only the A ranks really need separate rules imo.

Cheloman this is exactly why I compared your staff with KeSPA's there isnt anything wrong with following the rules, in fact i congratulate you for doing so! But there are certain situations in which you CANT just follow a rule blindly without taking into consideration several factors; this includes PROGAMERS and TOP HONEST FOREIGN PLAYERS like Ret, dude wtf why ban him? why punish honest gosu players? why the hell would you be so naive so that you punish TOP PROGAMERS? jeez apply the rules blindly to some D D- player that obviously abuses, but do the same to a A+ / Olympic player? dude give me a break.
Rules must be interpreted and applied depending on the situation, not just applied blindly not caring wtf is going on or who were involved.
And if you need more admins well instead of being so negative and telling everyone that we cry, or making fun of us, try to solve this problem by showing charisma (something you obviously lack) and GET MORE people to help you...
