Idra really is a class above most of the NA ladder. He's right though, most of the NA GM ladder seems to still be playing unprofessionally (unless they are just using the ladder to experiment.)

I don't think it is important if Crunsher watched the stream, if it was only a ladder game.

Thing is, Irda having 16k views is just awesome. How did he get those, did he get some kind of ad in Korea?

So you would condone using hacks ? It does the same as streamcheating. And what the heck its just laddering right ?......

Probably because he's commentating games now. He normally brings in 5k-10k every stream, so this little extra grabbed a bunch more

Since you asked: I think if people hack once in a while it is no big deal as long as it is on ladder. Is it annoying? Yes. Would I search through all replays if he hacked or not? No. Is it a big deal in a tournament? Yes.

to keep true to the thread: Nice work Idra, watching is a lot of fun. btw, the commercials are much louder than you.

I would watch an endless stream of commercials for IdrA.

it's hard to monetize sc2 for a player so i don't blame him for showing commercial on his stream

i think idra understands that it's a huge bonus to have a hoard of fans
If you like brood war, please go play brood war and stop whining about SC2

Oh, for those that were doubting the whole thing : Cruncher just admitted to stream-cheating in his fanclub.

Honestly the hacking topic has been played out already just scroll back a few pages for some of the action.

Oh and thanks to Idra for streaming, feel like the stream has become infinitely more worthwhile after he started lightly commentating his games.

It trains your reaction time to see how fast you can disable the sound of the ad :p (which is separate from the sound of the stream, however it looks like you have to mute every time he types in /commercial)

I kind of like watching IdrA play, and not just because I play Zerg. Think he has become better since moving back, but I think it will hurt him in the long run - despite the positives of being in his comfort zone.

I think he is quite open minded most of the time, and I appreciate that he can both criticize and give props. Gonna watch again.

All I can see is that he says he sniped him. Looking at the stream to start searching for a game at the same time. That happens to a lot of streamers. I saw the game and even if it was a streamcheat it wouldnt really have helped him that much. He got the nexus up before Idra started his exp. He only had to worry about an early all-in so he build up def. Just shouldnt be that fast to start bashing cruncher for it when its not really a sure thing.

Cruncher edited his post and is now making excuses after the TL mods started looking into the story.

didnt help him that much? idra said it vocally that he was gonna ALL IN HIM with roach ling. that sentence right there is already a game ending statement to make, how would have not helped him that much?

It was an obvious move and he didnt really have to prepare for anything else.
