Surprised no one decided to translate this here yet but here goes my attempt.
1. The first section is basically Jessica attacking another girl for mentioning her poor english which the OP mentioned I think. Jessica's tweet to this article says "Oh the reporters must be so busy, copying entire pages of tweets and make a whole page. Writing articles are so easy right? Instead of writing about this, why don't you write about the netizens's behaviour seriously?"

2. This the tweet of one of the Code S casters, one famous for memefying 엔진 소리 during Boxer's match. The tweets go as follows.
-After something public like twitter was created, it's becoming harder and harder to resist the urge to 까(critisize harshly) someone. Dammit I really want to critisize. (People are guilty aren't allowed to repsond! (뜨끔 is the sfx we use when we are guilty of sometimg, often then someone accuses)
-To prevent any sort of misunderstanding, the person I am talking about is not following me. Everyone, you can calm down now
-The amount of people who are responding (the 뜨끔) to this is quite funny
-*red comment* judging from the situation Jessica: Knew it, they weren't with us (for a lack of a better term, literally it means they were together)

3. Jessica: It's time for cleaning! Everything shall be cleansed (used quite a harsh diction here) *red comment* she's enjoying this 100%, she has the talent for keyboard fighting.

4. *red comment* No joke I commented without swearing, "if it's gold then it is a serious problem, I think Jessica response is extreme"
Jesica's tweet. "So while you were saying (much harsher in korean) such things you come to my twitter and pretend to be all worried? Perhaps you are one of the people who are hoping that I will not be following this through? I do hope that you are not guilty of on any of the problems" in response to this tweet of his "Do you think MarineKing did not cause a lawsuit because he did not know about us commenting that he's a forever bronze player due to him only doing cheese? The only way to combat these remarks is to show it with skill but this is... From last finals Slayers have been a bit weird and because of today I really don't like Slayers"

Response from Haeun: Didn't I say because of this incident I started to dislike? Writing "saying such things you come to my twitter and pretend to be all worried?" and threatning to sue me? Do you I would be cowered by this? Wow, your arrogance is quite something. By twitter I'm seeing what kind of person you really are (ㅉㅉ is a sound we make when we are like displeased or shamed, or degratory for this situation)

Another tweet "I clearly mentioned that due to the situation of yesterday and today. Before this I always tweeted in sympathy when each one of the Slayer's team fell. Perhaps you need to improve your korean as well

Final tweet : anyway, please say the word politely. Don't say (당신 is a very informal you and cand be considered rude, especially in her context) that you could be sued in such a manner. Not everyone accepts this. I understand you are going through hard time due to people from somewhere but that does not give a right to lash out at anyone due to your feelings.

*red comment* Even though she had the energy to fight with some female student, she ran away from a battle she could not win"

Tweet: Oh deaaar Mistress Jessica has blocked me (sarcasm btw)

Jessica : lololol There is a comment on the article and the person who was badmouthing on twitter tried to act like a different person and comment but the name... He could have swapped with another name. loloolo I'm laughin a lot before I sleep

이하은 (the twitter's name) Reading that tweet, it didn't seem like she did much wong. There will be people who will attack with the flow (witch hunt basically), poor girl.

Repeat of Jessica's tweet followed his black comment "Oh jessica aren't you so courageous? and other sarcastic terms"

His tweet says "When did I ever pretend to be someone else? To think that some people would act like a different person on Nate real (something? ugh tired here sorry) you truly are the ---king of the 21 century. Hwaiting!

*red comment* She blocks when the convo doesn;'t go her way, she find comments on articles to attack and ignores the response I tweeted. I can hate but you don't want to hear others hate you huh?

That article talks about how Jessica is preparing to attack and has screen shots of the 스투겔 comments and her response on PlayXp which I'm sure is translated in TL somewhere.
