Martyr sacrifices himself for one person. If the person he is protecting would die, he dies instead.
If paramedic A is watching townie A, and paramedic B is watching paramedic A and the suicide bomber comes along after townie A, they all die.
If the martyr is guarding townie A, only townie A survives, both paramedics and the martyr will die.
I don't know how much of this you are choreographing, but generally it is pretty bad for a paramedic to let the mafia know his moves. Feel free to tell the people you trust what you are planning to do. But don't announce it to everyone including the mafia.

AttackZerg, you are revealing a little too much about where medics will be spread...I don't know if this is part of a deeper plan or not, but you should probably avoid being so blunt so that the mafia has to guess more on where to hit.

Day 3
The wake of death has left a sense of dread in the town, leaving the occupants of liquidia running for safety. As the moon was at its height, no one wanted to be near doors or windows. However, there were a few brave members left to fight the members of the mafia who dared trespass on the peace. The first of these was the brave chaoser. He was diligently performing his duties when he looked to the side and saw Aries charging at him, slamming his shoulder into his chest. Chaoser fell to the ground, and reached inside his kit and drew a surgeons knife, only to receive a kick to the face. With a sneer on his face Aries dropped his foot, crushing Chaoser skull. With his job done Aries began to walk down the street when he noticed Seth step from an alley and raise his hand, then looked down in shock as a object slammed into his stomach, dropping him to the ground, and then Capek was dead as dead could be, dead eyes staring at a ray of light arcing from his chest.
Across town, meegrean and funkie were busy chasing down mafia of their own, following two to an old warehouse. Funkie pulled a knife, and meegrean a pistol and they entered the building. The building was pitchblack but heard a noise up ahead and they both crept forward, sneaking around crates to the source of the sound. As they passed the last crate they noticed an open crate ahead, as well as a barrel. They looked at eachother in confusion, when Yu and Aphophis stepped from the shadows beside them, Yu threw funkie quickly at the barrel then threw a knife slamming into the side of it, releasing a searing liquid onto the sprawled man. Funkie died instantly. Aphophis subdued meegrean easily, breaking his arm, then took meegreans weapon, and fired two shots into his knees. He looked to Yu and nodded, then Yu dragged the bleeding meegrean and threw him into the crate, then knocked him out and sealed himside, letting time do their work.
Blue_arrow was running home, cursing the idiocy he had seen around him, he wanted nothing to do with the nonsense at the moment, as things were still too chaotic. He looked up and saw Ameratsu standing ontop of a nearby building, and stopped to wonder what he was doing, when he saw a massive billboard hurtling down at him, crushing him with its metal embrace.
Showtime! Was finishing up in the gym for the night but couldn’t find his coat, and as he headed from the locker room into the common area, he saw his lost garment on the post of the boxing ring. He moved over and collected it, then turned and dived to the side, barely avoiding Chronus’ fist. He moved to run but was cut off and jumped onto the right, with Chronus on his heels. The two threw punches at eachother for minute after minute, before Chronus slid a punch through showtime! guard, crushing his windpipe.
