Tested the toss changes, i don't see much that has changed from the ptr patch notes. Didn't check the hallu build time but phoenix build time is now 35, flux vanes is still gone, voids deal 20% more damage to massive targets. | ||

huh? That has always been there for the SEA users. They have the choice of playing in SEA or NA. No one else has that button. | ||
