I had scrolled down in that pic as i was looking at some of the older patches.

It's 10-11pm EU, they wouldn't schedule it for this time. No doubt they stagger releases according to working hours, which is why SEA always gets it first. Sounds legit to me.

Well now I get the message on my SEA that there will be maint. and so on. But still no upgrade! just starts as 1.1.3!.. but can't login.

My EU still works! :D

Usually SEA gets it first, then US. Not sure why they do it this way, but that's how it has happened in the past.
