Damn I feel like I should start a poll so everyone can make bets on who the mystery person is. But this is the time when raws are found and there are just so many possible people it could be. Though I'm still betting on it being Law's dad or relative.

It's the guy Joker. Law was talking about him before and saying he wasn't on the island, which would explain why Law was wondering why the guy was there. Monet knew him too, and she knows Joker.

Looks like he's a Haki master that's related to Law. Awesome.
In other new I think that the move Caesar did on Luffy was to take away all his oxygen. It would make sense since he can control gas? Hmmm.
