Seriously though Law would have needed to have eaten his DF as a kid for that to be even possible. I suppose it's possible, but it would be annoying thing to explain how someone forced Law to use his own power on himself even though you could force children to do things. It doesn't need to be Law's power that hurting him there are other possible explanations. As for who it is I guess it could be his father? Someone related to his childhood seems to be the hint. | ||

Ohhh, family relationships would be a cool twist. Not a lot of that between pirates in One Piece. Luffy and Ussop almost the only characters with father-son relationships in manga, and they've never seen their fathers so it's not much of a relationship. I think it's a highly possible situation, and you're probably on the money with it being a child-like thing. But really, there could be a number of ways it could happen. It seems like, regardless of time, if this is the case then there is someone who controlled Law's life (could be in a social situation or as the result of a battle) and had Law give him his heart as "security". In fact Law might have a number of other hearts for himself as "security" against other pirates/people (remember his Shichibukai appointment of the 100 hearts?) inspired by the idea of whoever this is. We're probably overthinking it. Just some dude with a hax power, still I like the concept of this. Let's just go with it =P | ||

The person in question is Vegapunk! He has the ability to steal other people's abilities for a short time and when he's around them. Therefore, he knows a lot about different abilities and is the head researcher of devil fruits for the government. However, the reason he has so much control over law and his ability is because they knew eachother as kids (older brother/ father figure/etc). As to why Vega is here... I don't know, maybe he's visiting Caesar, his pal? | ||
