I'm a Zerg player on EU playing rank 130-50 grandmaster in 1v1 as well as playing on one of the best 2v2 teams in EU with GLRiChY (PZ). I will be streaming ladder matches, sometimes with commentary, team matches and fpview in tournaments. I'm part of GamersLeague (GL), the top SC2 team in Norway.
I am a regular joe with things taking time off of SC2, daytime job and social stuff, but I aim to become as good as possible with the time I have. My goal for the summer is to become almost equal in skill to other top european players - call it rank 30+ grandmaster or something. I play during the evenings, usually around 18:00-22:00 CET and quite a lot more during the weekends.
If you wonder why my stream looks abit different it is because I play in 5:4 format on a 19" display. I also have 25% color saturation enhancement on my ATI settings, so the game looks a bit more colorful than what you usually see, too.

Indeed, I still remember his game against mana on Tal'Darim in Round1 of some tournament. Was insane watching from mana's persective, and insane watching the replay afterwards.
Really amazing plays, impressed by how well you can control all your forces at the same time, even tho you're scattered all around the map. I'm quite sure I speak for the all of us when I'm saying that: Commentating while playing, that's true skill! God damn, you multitask better than women, hæhæhæ
This guy is awesome. Obviously skilled, seeming to stabilize in top 50 EU, as well as really humble and polite (got 2-0'd by cheese in competo by some toss named slider (first game was canon rush into 4 gate or something, second game was DTs with zealots and ramp-FFs), and then goes on to blame himself and call slider a solid and good player that deserved the win. Not something I would do O.O). Also does great commentary and has some really awesome strategies up his sleeves. Should defintely be featured!
Phenomenal stream, I will definitely look for this when I log on. The analysis after his matches vs SLiDeR was really helpful and informational. If he does that relatively frequently during ladder streams I'll be a regular watcher for sure.
Great Zerg playing in a very spectator-friendly way. A lot of opinions, hints and tricks while playing, as well as doing some analysis of games he played, talking about the errors he made and pointing out some good stuff from the other players.
Would be lovely if this stream gets featured. Go Snute! ;DDD
Epic stream. is there anyway to follow when you go live? (Get notified in email or something). Really love your gameplay and commentary and you seem like chill person thru internet.
Is it it just me being unlucky with when i'm on TL, or is your stream never live anymore? I would much rater watch your stream than Deastiny's stream or others :D
Gammal BW spiller jo.. Good luck on the goals. I am Threatning GLErlinGho(old bw friend since ca. 2001) to play so we get some more real skill up there from Norway^^.
Hei, jeg elsker streamen deres, men jeg er nab sc2 player i bronze jeg spiller zerg, og jeg lurte på hvordan kan du bytte på med å se på basene dine når du har satt alle samen til 1, da kan jeg bare se på en.
I've watched your gameplay many times and appreciate your stream, but listening to people on your skype calling other gamers (ie: incontrol) and your own viewers in your chat faggots and queers and being generally rude will make you lose a regular audience, my friend. The point isn't for people to mute your stream so they can watch you play, it should be you monitoring what you're choosing to present to the public. Just my opinion. GL in your games.

People were warned several times about it, you will almost never see this on his stream. he himself never BM'd anyone, and i doubt he would ever do something like that, hes the nicest player iv ever met. when it comes to the viewers, i think alot of people liked the chatting, sadly some didn't. the stream is 99% nice, 1% BM when he has perseverance on mumble.

I agree with this, sounds like a bunch of kids raging. Not good on a stream

I really like your stream because you seem to be the only real person that seems to truely commentate on your play. You tell us what you did good, what you did bad and what you should have done better, idrA commentates well on his but his reason for winning is, "because im the best and that guy sucks thats why i won" keep it up :D
Hey man, I started watching you one day bc there was a distinct lack of high level featured zergs. Since then I have started watching you every time you are on. Today you went through the 14/14 speedling build. Not only was it very helpful, you also did an excellent job explaining. Really appreciating your stream right now, keep it up
awesome stream my friend! started watching a few weeks ago and been a fan ever since. great commentary, explanative build orders, all against top level opponents too! great job, keep it up!
You make it difficult for me doing good in school! with your stream and being the best norwegian player~ want to take it all away from you, but I cant Q_Q
awesome stream! After every game nice analysis of mistakes, decision making and thought process, sometimes while watching replay. Its so much easier to learn from that, than from other "no commentary" streams.
Lets get you bumped back into featured. Your stream is one of the most educational (with you explaining moves etc) ones out there, in addition to your high level play!
Hope you're refeatured, really enjoyed watching your stream, particularly your 2v2's with Richy. Will have to keep the non-featured bar open permanently from now on I guess.
Hi guys =) thanks for all the kind words. The cleanup itself is understandable because of the recent influx of high quality streams. I'm no longer featured now, but if you want to be notified before I go live I always announce in advance on this facebook page. More info on the de-featuring here.
Hoping this will be refeatured as well. Not only is Snute a very good player, but he's arguably the best Norwegian player, so that in itself should guarantee growing viewership as the Norwegian scene grows (which it hopefully does). =)
Im sure once the people in charge of featuring on teamliquid watches this stream, it will be refeatured instantly. Purely objectively this is the best stream available. Here is a list of why Snute's stream is awesome:
- Very skilled player. - Haven't streamed for a long time, but still has managed to get a rather big following. - Top EU gm crushing faces. - Commentates during games (and not only "ah fuck that noob im playing against") - Humble and good manners. - Plays an entertaining harass oriented style. - He's gonna get famous after getting top8 in wcg, and you guys will look silly for not featuring him earlier. - In preperation for WCG, he is nerding it up and streaming from morning till way past bedtime. - Comes from an exotic culture with alot of fjords and whatnot. - On a good day he can demolish almost any player on the eu server. - On a bad day he can demolish almost any player on the eu server. - Analyzes losses and shares his thought process with the viewers. - Hell, any zerg wanting to learn how to play should watch this stream. It's similar to Trump, only Snute crushes any pro out there. - After his 1v1 sessions, he often streams 2v2 games with GLRiChY. They are one of the best 2v2 teams in the world.

This!
TL mods must be bonkers removing this stream as featured ><

-Alot of viewer interaction in terms of answering questions in his channel (irc #glsnute@quakenet)
We need snute back, he commentates every game he does. Rewatches almost every replay and explains his mistakes or his opponents mistakes. He's a real inspiration to new players and current players. Not to mention he's top 20 european zerg player beating some of the top players on eu. He's a real treat to have.
You guys really need to re feature this player, he's really good, PLUS he brings some 2v2 to the scene, even if i'm not featured anymore, it's gonna help the 2v2 scene. Plus snute is really, good and I enjoy his stream.

Reconsider him for feature please! Most helpful stream out there, this coming from "Catz's biggest fanboy"
On November 08 2011 05:52 tomas5537 wrote: it baffles me how this guy got de-featured and still hasnt been put back on
Streams 8-16 hours a day with commentary/High level play in Top 10 GM. and is not featured. im giggeling at the people who are featured, some of them are jokes compared to snute's play, and has made fame "off" others, and not by themselves. Disgusting in my eyes.... Hes Won/participated in sevral events and recently won ESWC Qualfiers/WCG KOREA qualifiers,IEM Qualifiers. and yet hes not featured.
One of my favorite streams. I learn a lot by watching, especially when he analyzes his replays and such. Although he got defeatured for not enough viewers. Maybe if we keep bumping this he'll get more and get featured again?
I love watching his ZvP and when he talks through what they're going to do and his mind set behind why he's doing his build really is helping, get him featured!!
Jesus christ TL, forget about those policies and get Snute on the featured list again! The featured list should be decided by skill, not viewers, and Snute is definately better than a lot of the people featured here.
Grats on the Playhem win, convincing games today, and yes, you are better then them
I only just started watching your stream for about 6-8 (?) weeks ago, and I feel youve become so much better just over that period! Keep on training hard and I think you can be a scary underdog at WCG?
Grats on the Playhem win, lots of amazing play as always. Welldeserved with the amount you've been practicing as well.
TL, you should really re-feature this guy again. He's good, commentate alot, analyzes replays, explains builds etc.. Far better than many featured players atm in terms of skill, interaction with viewers etc..
Really entertaining stream. I love the music, really cool playstyle. He's good lol. I'll be checking this steam more. Thanks Snute! I had fun man keep it up
Hey dude, just wanted to stop by and show my appreciation for your stream and especially the commentary. Feels like I'm getting free lessons, just some really great insight not only into your head but also looking at replays to get into the mind of your opponent and their builds as well. tyty gl hf <3
There are many reasons why I believe Snute should be featured. Great player, solid style, commentates, great stream quality, interacts with viewers, good music (personal opinion of course). These are all quite obvious.
Above all else, though, I think it would be great if we could get more European players featured who stream regularly. It's a different ladder and there seems to be variations in styles in many cases. Also, the NA ladder that many featured players play on is plagued by people who ruin the streaming experience.
This is one of the best streams not if the best for me. I watch whenever i can. Helpful commentary, good quality, and he actually cares about viewers unlike most of stream. Rly good stream
I agree that his stream should be featured. High skill level, excellent commentaries and in general one of the better streams out there. Sure, I´m slightly biased being norwegian and all, but this really is a great stream.

I hope so to. I watched it on stream, it was really entertaining.
MAKE THIS guy featured, teamliquid. He deserves it, really good player, good quality stream and commentary... he will get shitloads of viewers once u let him get featured, thats for sure! much better than most of the other streamers u got featured anyways. GG
Beats Violet 3-0 in final of Gamecreds? Check. Top of GM and regularly beats pro's? Check. Commentate and interact with viewers alot when streaming? Check. Has an entertaining and actionbased playstyle? Check.
Featured on TL? <---- Here's where Teamliquid checks.
In 2012... we will have.. MvP terran, HERO as protoss.. and je snoopidoog(snute) as zerg.... so why don't get him featured before u guyz gotta pay him to even have hes imba stream on teamliquid :D <3 :D:D:D
from joke to serious..... :D Best player in norway without doubt, IF ure zerg or just like BOOM,bang bim... watch hes stream and u will get rich with hes BLingz play... :D:D:D
Time to feature him already.. Produces better content than most feature listed players. Remove some of the biased picked koreans and north americans instead the next time you wanna remove featured streams..

Its so great snute got featured. Finnaly he is getting his audience slowly. It was so sad to see he had this awesome stream with gosu analysis and skills for ~30 people
This stream is the best :O I even like watching the 2v2's.. Snute is the guy to watch 2012. When he manage to hold protos 2 base allins, he will start winning tourneys
im Terran, played snute on ladder, he beat me on xelnaga... his counterattacking is just brutal, seriously i really feel zerg's pain when getting dropped all over the place when playing snute. ling runbys everywhere, i just couldn't catch up. I actually beat him the next game, but only because i did a mass marine build and he wasn't prepared for it. Snute's a really good player, makes me wanna play zerg
Bad luck in Playhem today getting autoloss. Was bummed out. Good job takin' down Empire.Happy though! Was an impressive game to watch (new king of drones on the rise! Ret needs to watch his back >:D)
Also wanted to add, thanks for fixing my ZvZ. I've yet to lose in diamond league by playing Baneling wars! Hopefully my superior control will keep my ZvZ play tip top once I get masters!
Seems unnervingly happy about losing to all-ins (XD) but a friendly, very helpful streamer. Don't expect him to commentate during the stream, but he usually comments after the game. Very skilful player who is not afraid to experiment for the sake of his learning (as well as for viewers to learn from). I'll definitely be coming back for more. ^_^
what is most amazing is how mannered he always is and the ways he tries to improve his play. his analysis post game is just incredible. great stream snute!!
My travel had to be delayed one week because of moving stuff from my apartment etc. Can't wait to get to the MoW stream will be up by the end of May (soon!).
I'm not really as comfortable with it anymore - I could start talking about games after they are finished, but I already struggle a lot with my attention management while playing. Can't play at this level in a relaxed-sit back and talk- manner unfortunately. Hopefully I'll be able to work it in at some point, but yeah.
wow, thanks for response snute! would love to hear your post game analysis then whenever you choose to do so. and sorry, the best part of your stream is your play, obviously :D
Congratulations on getting on Team Liquid Snute Always enjoy watching you play. Now get the possibility too adjust the quality of your stream, so I can watch at school too!!! <3
Was watching the stream real quick, the quality of play just made me cringe ZvZ against Nerchio: No units, mass droning, horrible defense into GG. Maybe he is drunk/tired/trying something new/just starting playing hots, but i wont watch again.
At least the music is awesome :D.
EDIT: Maybe you (snute) / or a mod can update the thread title and the OP, to show the relation with TL.

Yeah you tuned into the worst performance of the night there were some better games later on, including a win vs Nerchio.
bit nervous streaming with so much attention but I'll work harder to play my best on stream.

The "but i wont watch again" part was quite unfair i guess; its starcraft after all, where things can get out of control fast. Keep the good attitude. TL fighting!
I think you did an amazing job Snute! Thanks for streaming today!
Btw, I know you like trance. You should update your playlist even more. Armin van Buuren's weekly radioshow "ASOT" is on Spotify and it has a lot "godbiter". ;-)

In the Snute interview by TL they talked about being sorry that they didn't feature Snute's stream, so I'm pretty sure his question was targeted at Snute.

You just listed all the reasons he played badly then decided to completely disregard them and make an exaggerated statement. Fiver says you will watch this stream again.
Nice to see Snute getting much more attention, that is one of the best things about his move to TL. Look how many more viewers this stream is pulling now
