Is there a specific spot we can expect VODs? Obviously the time doesn't work very well for Australia and SE Asia. Not that I'm complaining, we get the GSL at a great time and you US guys have to suffer through that, but is there going to be VODs or a restream available?

NaDa vs TLO is the very last game of the Ro32...are you trying to teach us patience and discipline? I can wait 'cause i'm busy all the F'ing time, but I'm sure some people are gonna whine about it. However, I'm sure that it will be the most watched as per the poll a couple weeks ago.

Anyways...HYPE HYPE HYPE HYPE!! This.will.be.EPIC!

Now I can properly plan my next two weekends^^

I'm a DJWheat fan but him and Husky together is a bizarre choice, especially considering you could have just switched Husky with Chill and used 2 pre-existing casting duos. I just hope teaming up 2 excitable play-by-play guys together who don't offer much high level analysis works better in practice than it does on paper.

All casting permutations will be used.

I personally have no need for hearing analysis at all but I'll stop there as that discussion belongs over here: http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=193663

After watching Goody's TvTs, I'm a big fan of him. Too bad he can't play a TvT in his first round,
he might even catch IMMvP off guard with his style (not sure whether that will be enough for a win, though).

personally i think that all of the casting combos will be good together and will provide an excellent atmosphere for the TSL, sometimes sections of this forum seems like its full of kids who only got 9 of the 10 xmas presents that they asked for.......then proceed to throw their toys out of the pram!!!!!!!!!

I can't wait for Day 9 and Wheat casting NaDa vs. TLO, that's going to be amazing. I also like how they're switching up caster pairings, that's a good dynamic. Would like to see Day with Husky sometime in a later round, they make a good pair.

I would just like to say that your assumptions are based on the Ro32 in the OP, whereas in reality our caster pairings are based on all things happening from now until the finals so we have to keep a lot more things in mind.

Hmmm. Chill and Husky should be an interesting pair. Is Artosis just gonna be unannounced on some day/game or not in ro32 at all? Also, will there be any pregame interviews? Otherwise I might try to harass some people on msn and get it done myself, lol.

I'm so ready for this tournament. So many good players that I'm a fanboy of Hope someone beats some of the Koreans (except boxer and nada sorry tlo).

Artosis will be announced but his schedule only allows him to cast a few games. That's why he's a special guest.

Also, will there be any pregame interviews?

Yes, they will be released later in the week.

Ah okay, the games will be casted from replays. So then every game will be casted one after another and one does not have to decide between the four games each playday?

Yes, the listed order is the broadcast order. They will be broadcast back-to-back.

I have a feeling it is going to be a long Saturday with GSL early in the morning and a noon TSL event to watch. With that said BRING IT ON!.

Looking forward to the up coming weekends. Thank you TL.net staff/volunteers, Pokerstrategy and all the players and casters who can make this possible!

Best damn tournament in the world.
I'm a pretty big fan of the GSL but let me be honest and say that I'm so excited for the TSL 3.I think the only time that I was this excited about a SC2 tournament was the FruitDealer rise to fame in GSL 1.

Go go go TL & oGs all the way!!!

Having never experienced the previous TSL seasons, how will the gameplay work? I know it's on online tournament so players will play from their own "homes" i presume, but will they all play on the NA server?

Due to the first comments i was checking up on the last group and asked myself why all the good matches are packed into the last day and group, just to realize that every match is just "e p i c".

Thinking about all the players still missing i think tsl3 easily could have been a 64 player tournament.

Well i guess admins got enough work on their plate with just those 32 players, still, 64 players would have been more fitting considering all those great names still missing.

There are just too many good players.

It's gonna be the higher seed gets his "home" server and then they alternate after that. Or at least that's what Chill lead me to believe on the bracket show and then Tyler confirmed on SOTG. So basically NaDa is higher seed than TLO so they start on korea then eu then korea etc.

Edit: seeds listed here

Djwheat and husky should be fun. No real analytic caster there. I like them both, but there styles aren't like Day9 or Artosis, or to a lesser extent, Chill.

By signing up, you can also enter the TSL3 Raffle, where you can win a 5-night trip to South Korea for 2 people to watch StarCraft live in person and tour the oGs-Liquid house

read this as: where you can win a 5 night trip to south korea for 2 people to watch 2 people watch starcraft live in person. and my brain hurt with how stupid that sounded, then i re-read it, and decided it was awesome.

Stupid question perhaps but... where will this be sent? Will it be livestreamed? And if you cant watch the livestream will the vods be out afterwards? And if so, where?

Really sorry if this has been asked already, only scanned through the pages - but why is TLO listed as "terran" when, in the official brackets, he is listed as playing random? Did he race pick or does he play the whole tournament as terran? Or is it a mistake?

Uh, this might very well be an embarrassing question but... where exactly is TSL?

Can't see it on the calendar or in the stream panel and I can't find any actual stream links anywhere.

Edit: Oops, for some reason my local date was 19th March today according to my PC. I actually thought it begins today. =P

Same. I bet it will sound OK, but I doubt we'll see any really high level insight.

Every day is absolutely epic.
Tyler Jinro QXC Mondragon are my picks of the day. Epic games all 4 of those.

Finally Husky has moved to the live commentating, and for TSL3! He is my favorite caster by far, adds a ton of excitement to the game.

These upcoming days are going to be incredible. Tyler should be really fun to watch. I'd imagine Boxer has his work cut out for him for his tvp match...hope he can prepare well for it!

wait a sec...

does this mean a potential MVP vs Genius rematch is possible in the ro16 or is this schedule not related to the brackets?

things like that happen, the gsl is always during European workdays. But there will be vods available so I guess that's fine

I myself will miss tomorrow unfortunately but having the vods for sunday will be alright anyways

Does anyone know if these will be cast off replays?

Seems like that's the most logical case, with the server switching and live-stream cheating etc.

I know what I'll be doing at 5am!

VODs will be available.

Fuck I did my bracket with TLO as random but if he plays T that's a whole different story, did he pick a race now ?

Also, sorry for asking this, is it commentated replays (I guess) or live games ? (unlikely)

There is probably a good reason why none asks this but this is my first TSL so furqeet...

Will the replays of TSL 3 be published at any point?

edit:

oh, oh, and, and is there any way to know before the games are broadcast which servers each game is going to be played on, idra seemed to know for a couple games in his interview...

bet there's a faq I missed somewhere...

edit 2:

THERE IS!

"If a match includes two players who hail from different servers games will alternate between the two servers, with the higher seed receiving the privilege of playing one more game on his native server."

Would still like to know about the replays.
But he is never making short-term prediction, everyone of his prediction are based on fundenmentals, but he doesn't exactly know when it will happen... So using these kind of narrowed "who-is-right" empirical analysis makes little sense.

Huge tanks to people involved in organization of the TSL. I was not even dreaming that GSL champions will lost so easy and so epic. Watching this nights matches I can only dream what will happen tomorrow and the round of 16. After that night I will wait one game even more than the finals. I`m waiting for MC vs White-Ra . Another GSL champion on the line 
