I think Idra and Nestea are locks to get invited, with Ret and FruitDealer near locks (like >90%) and Moonglade and Haypro probably competing for the 5th spot (assuming it is an even 5 T, 5 Z split), I'd probably give the nod to Moonglade for more SEA representation. Leenock would be a good dark horse pick though.

For Terran, mvp, MKP, and Jinro should be locks, with Boxer and Nada near locks. Loner and TOP are pretty good picks as well, though I feel like they're almost certainly alternates to the above in case one or more doesn't accept for whatever reason.

Sick Toss lineup too. Kind of interesting to see Tester snubbed, but not necessarily surprising given performance.

This is such a badass tournament. I'd say they should've grabbed another Toss but it probably would've had to be a relative unknown since hongun and tester and such straight up haven't earned it in terms of quality of play. Maybe Puzzle, Ace, Alicia, and other lesser knowns are actually sick gosus who could've easily deserved it though? Who knows?

I'm so hyped up for this. I want Fruit Dealer, NesTea, and MVP invited so we can really see who out here in the west can throw down with GSL champs.

Only three Protoss invites but I guess there aren't to many other deserving Protoss players out ther. Plus Theres a bunch of tsl qualifier winners that are protoss so it seems like they willl be wel repped

This is so awesome! Really looking foward to the other invites. On a side note, I can't believe all the people talking down on Ret and that an invite would be unjustified. I really can understand why Ret is thinking about coming back. His foreign fanbase is obviously smaller than he deserves. I'm extremely positive, that Ret would win a lot of foreign tournaments and destroy most of the foreign heroes.

3/13 protoss? Thats disappointing. Would have liked to see Tester in there at least... I can't think of ten asian players more deserving.

Good choices for the three that did make it though. Genius is a great player glad he wasn't overlooked.

Those 3 players are actually gonna play or are they 'invited' and they may decline if it will conflict with their GSL schedule or something?

It's not a wishlist, all players who are announced have already confirmed they will attend TSL 3. I'm sure Team Liquid staff knows to not make TSL 3 schedule conflict with GSL 3.

Have you guys suggesting Tester seen him play very well lately? Personally, I felt he was pretty lucky to get the ro8 in this past GSL, and without that pylon block trick which no longer works that well he may not have even done it. He had a cool moment here and there but still... eh. Not feelin it. Maybe I missed some non-GSL games where he played sick good, though.

Zerg Invites should probably be: Nestea, FD, Idra, and prolly OGSZenio. Though Haypro, Ret, and Moonglade probably will get invited which is cool but the 4 above are the best.
