It seems like it should be, if only to not disadvantage the people who can't get their hands on an EU copy while living in the US, or vice versa. This: I feel that players competing on multiple servers should have their points tallied seperately: eg 7th place + 3rd place finish in NA does not stack with 4th place and 9th place in EU They still get double the chances, but if they win point totals it's because they earned it, not because they grinded twice the tournies.

He will be active and practicing for TSL3 -- he didn't accept his seed to just lose in the first round. Is that a bit of a dig at Draco or something?

It's legal for players to enter TLopens on both servers. Keep in mind that EU and NA TLopens are run at EU and NA convenient times (respectively) and that there is a small advantage by playing on your own server than the other server (in terms of delay). By performing consistently well on one server it is still likely than you will qualify.

Absolutely not, Draco was a very manner player and performed very well in the TSLs he played in, we have no issues with him at all. The phrasing is more regarding Mondragon's ability switching game to game, if he wasn't serious about SC2 he wouldn't accept his seed.

I thought about that too. And is acctually a pretty good idea.

I don't see how you could possibly think that having four extra opportunities out of eight total is not an extremely large advantage.
