All the ICCup rules about stuff you cannot do also hold for TSL, yes. We merely have some additional rules on top of the existing ICCup rules.

I'd think any foreigner who takes Starcraft seriously would be a part of the TL community. Unless I'm reading iccup's ladder list wrong, nrg.seattle is the only non-korean in the top50. http://www.iccup.com/starcraft/gamingprofile/nrg.seattle.html Is he, or has he ever been a part of this community? If I recall correctly they are allowing him to ladder while they tentatively work out plans for F91 to leave china if he qualifies.

It is a China flag in R1CH's standings. ICCup tracks the registered flag while R1CH can track more than that

Just so everyone knows, the ICCup flag is NOT a 100% indicator of where the person is playing from. Its just an indicator of where the account was registered from. The flag in R1CH's standings however is much more accurate if you want to know which country the user is playing his games from.
