If someone gets perma banned doesn't that mean they're perma banned? If you're gonna allow the same guy to have a different account, then instead of perma banning, the original account should have a really long ban. | ||

At the former, I believe that's what happens when it's an alt of a really bad or infamous PBU. The latter, TL will sometimes give a user a second chance if they were a decent contributor with a quick temper, or things like that. Someone who was valuable to the community in a certain way, but was banned appropriately for bad posting. | ||
