Thanks to the people sending some positive PMs about my banreasons lately haha. Much appreciated to see some positive feedback appear in the box for a change  .
Edit: I'm positively surprised some people actually know where some reasons are edited versions of!

It's a reference. Nyovne is dropping all sorts of sweet historical and literary references in his ban reasons today-- that most recent one was an adaption of a famous quotation of Wilson's.
