It really is true, reading this whole thread and actually the Ask TL staff anything thread really made me love TL so much more. Just being able to understand how the site works so well, and then this thread makes you laugh so much, and warns new users to not be stupid. Pretty good stuff.

No bans yet, but 3 warnings. 1 for a link to google.com when someone asked for an in-depth guide to overclocking their CPU, 1 for a smartass response to a massive headdesk of a question, and 1 for calling a person stupid instead of just calling what they said stupid. (It was.)

I am so sick of reading people in the LR threads, typing out a perfectly rational response, and then deleting it because a rational response includes pointing out how ridiculously stupid they are and how there existence is the sole cause of all the wars and famine in the world. If my backspace did not work i doubt i would be allowed in TL any more.

There have been quite a few times that I write up a post, don't click the post button, and then go back and see the post I wrote later and just close the tab in disgust with myself.
