So a perm ban doesn't have to be permanent, but you do have to show that you've actually changed. If a guy is permanently banned and then comes back as a reformed poster who never inspires moderation action, then that basically constitutes successful rehabilitation as far as I'm concerned. | ||

If the mod team agrees to let them back, their account gets unbanned. 4) They get perm banned.
