It was a terrible April Fools which was for most people posted on March 31st. Additionally, it was awful. No work went into it at all.

TL Time is no longer KST though. It's been changed to whatever the user sets their TZ to, which is why the TL April Fools still hasn't been seen, despite it being 4am KST.
