Not as widespread as a DBZ reference and most people wouldn't get it imo, even on TL. Kind of a 4%-ter kind of thing.

There's a hell of a lot more people roaming the internet spamming the shit out of actual memes in a desperate attempt to seem funny or witty.
But that's really irrelevant to the case we were discussing in the first place, because again Integra did it pretty well actually.

Rather detracts from the common usage of the word meme doesn't it? Integra referencing a meme that is the better part of a decade old, and posts it as a one liner is a bit different from a small joke that a peppering of people know about.
I don't know how to rate the edgy bit, I don't think the Romanian humor as a joke thing is edgy at all. It is just something between a few frequent flyers on TL.
