This is a travesty, the fake North Korean Super Troll just got banned?! Come on he was so entertaining!
Such dedication to the role he played. I'd compare him to Johhny Depp going out and getting silver caps on four teeth in preparation for his Pirates of the Carribean role. His relentless devotion to dispelling the biased western slant against his beloved home country was an inspiration.
white was just banned by Waxangel.

When people say people are going to disneyland, where did that come from? I remember Superdanielman saying that once refering to kicked out, is that it?

I'm believe it may have something to do with this video...
Edt: Oh well looks like I'm wrong, Firebathero is still a baller though sending people to disneyland and what not.

So in an attempt to create a still powerful division 1 team (2 seasons ago LRM) #1 iccupcl, iG #2, 1 season ago iG #1 iccupcl, LRM) #2) they have joined together. The concept is still new and the team will wear the LRM) tag. LRM) players have to switch over and iG. players have to change their tags which will all be done in due time. Until then, here are the links.

Reason: BitbyBit you better sleep with one eye open tonight because I'm going over there to gouge out your eyes and break both your wrists so you may never play SC2 again
Yeah ok. Don't ever again.
I Find a week temp ban might be a bit soft when you threaten someone to death?

Well keep in mind he was "defending" a certain Liquid member + Show Spoiler +
Who got beaten in the GSL by Marine+SCV All-ins
so I can kinda understand the not-permanent ban. Still over the top sure, but tensions were high

Also, I think the preposition you were looking for was not "to" but "with." The word "to" in this case implies that the person threatened actually died as a result of the threat... Maybe the threat was written in frosting on a cake, which contained peanuts that the victim happened to have a fatal allergic reaction to. I was genuinely scared before I re-read and realized that he had merely threatened the person WITH death.

Reason: Repeated linking to GSL restream after being asked not to.
If you want to advertise your stream on TL please don't stream copyrighted content and take the effort to get your stream listed on the site rather than keep linking to your livestream.
I understand that this individual was banned for streaming GSL and posting about it multiple times, but would the situation be the same if he was streaming the LQ GSL version? (are there different copyright issues for that, or just the same policy?)
I actually would like to know the pay range of the GSL casters. I'm also wondering if Tastosis gets paid a different amount than the Korean commentators.
I don't know the context of the thread, but the quote out of said context seems rather harsh.

It still infringes copyright issues. Re-streaming the LQ version isn't much better than re-streaming the HQ version.

While it infringes on law, it doesn't necessarily infringe on GSL's economic interests. Since they are not charging for the LQ stream, and since the ads they are distributing will reach just as many people, neither the GSL nor their sponsors should rationally care if somebody is drastically reducing their server load by restreaming.

agreed as well, I can't download any of those GOMtv players in the office so the only way I can watch is via a restream

Just wanted to say I am in the same position myself. I can't connect to gomtv stream in the office so this is the reason I am watching the restreams.

Ditto, though for a different reason: I ALWAYS get a "stream limit exceeded" message, no matter when I try to tune in, so I can't even watch the LQ stream unless it is restreamed, so I very much appreciate these.

Well, GOM does care, and rightfully so. They don't know how many people are watching the restream (thus watching the ads), so they can't report their numbers to the sponsors.
They only get paid for the reported number of (ad-)viewers, but not for the amount of people who actually saw the ads.
If a restream would actually take away viewers from the official stream, GOM gets less ad revenue.

But I think thats the actual point anyways. If the official stream would be accessable for everyone (and with the access itself you can run it on vlc) there is no real purpose in watching restreams. As the official one is free, why watch a restreamed media which you can access first hand with at least the same quality?
I would, for sure, watch, and even pay, for the official stream. But since Season 1 I never ever again had access to this official stream.
I think the statement from R1CH does sum that issue up quite good though.
