Nah the Scarlett thread shitposters had all probably just gotten banned already and are making trash comments somewhere else now The world will likely find a cure for actual cancer before prejudice is ever purged from a gaming community | ||

Thallis was just temp banned for 2 days by KadaverBB. That account was created on 2010-09-02 06:41:26 and had 222 posts. Reason: So original The patchzerg is strong in this one. Why did I think this would go away with HotS? It really doesn't even make sense anymore. | ||

I find that people tend to see the internet as a really easy place to spout racist, sexist, or otherwise insulting speech. The relative anonymity provided as well as the ability to type something out in advance and then retreat without having to immediately face the people you're bashing means there are very few real drawbacks to being an asshole. I think that TL does a pretty good job by giving some serious teeth to the enforcement of forum rules, and it makes it easier to keep people out who are continually offensive, however as long as there are people who don't really care about their longevity on this site there will be people who are happy to trade their account for just one more insult. | ||
