The guy has 5 posts, 2 of which in a thread of a map he made in 2008, 1 being a dumb shitpost of a thread made in 2009 which begot him no mod action at all, and suddenly he comes back 4 years later with another thread of a map he made. A map that looks quite good to boot.
Basically what I want to know is who he is and why he's not allowed here anymore. =/

Could he be a PBU? Though at that length of time I thought TL gives second, third, even fourthth chances depending on how long people are gone.

It appeared to be an old account that was associated with a newer one that was recently banned. Ironically, because your brought this up I re-checked the user info page, and they registered a new account that pretty much gives away who they were before.

PBU's normally make a new account after they get banned. This is a newly discovered extra account that probably was only spotted after he posted again.

I don't really have any stakes in this, I just found it rather curious that a BW mapper would get banned like that. What's his new alt that you speak of though? (the one that lead to his original account being banned, before he made a 3rd)
