I guess you don't visit LR threads much... He has done it in the threads for main events such as WCS EU, GSL, GSL finals, MLG and a random CSL thread... probably more.
Anyway here's a relevant thread with us complaining about it. He even posted there.
Good thing we haven't seen much of him in a while. Good riddance. His no-life dedication was nothing short of astonishing though.

It is more of a quality thing imo, not letting posters like that run rampant. I am willing to bet at least some here have been desensitized to the point of not really caring about the image itself but the fact they are polluting TL with it.
Who knows maybe the mods would have let him get away with an appreciation thread on the subject XD. I don't think it would have done too well in general though.
