dragonsuper was just banned by KadaverBB.
That account was created on 2010-10-20 18:44:02 and had 222 posts.
Reason: Your 30 ban for repeadetly bashing blizzard has just ended. Didn't take you long to start up again. Looks like you are just not learning, goodbye.
blizzard has done so many errors ... i will never buy a blizzard game in my life anymore
that sounds a bit harsh. the pvp news from d3 must have been pretty enraging for anyone who are invested in d3. i actually think his response is understandable.
his post history is allegedly pretty poor, i didn't bother checking that many of his posts, but blizzard fucked up big time there and i think his response is well within reason and justified.
it's really unfortunate for the guy who apparently is annoyed at blizzard and got banned for it, to get unbanned around the time of their biggest fuck-up in quite a while. it would take zen buddhist level self constraint for him not to voice his distress.

Haha, first time I was called harsh! So it begins. It seemed like the guy did nothing but bash Blizzard. Alone, one of his posts might be acceptable but he kept doing it over and over. His last ban reason started with: "Stop, bashing, Blizzard." He still didn't get it. There comes a time when a guy had enough chances, this was one of those times

posting your reaction in regards to an event written about in a thread on tl in that same thread seems pretty fine to me. voicing negative sentiments towards someone / something regardless of what it is, as long as it reasonable is also ok.
i think it's a case of the boy who cried wolf.

yes, sure. there is context, and you can make assumptions at what his motives were, but then again, you could just not ban him and wait a little. personally i would chose the latter, kadaver has obviously chosen the former.
it's not outrageous and i can easily see why you would agree, but to me it seems a bit too hasty.
edit: agree with kadaver that is

User was warned for this post he is a pretty shitty poster. one is not like the other. the two below might seem like baseless bashing or inflammatory posts, but the one from january the 2nd is reasonable in the context it was posted. What about the fact that he was told to stop doing it and he kept doing it? he was told not to bash blizzard, that is not bashing blizzard. that is a reasonable and appropriate reply, even though it's not very articulate. Go make a website feedback thread then, this is not the place to discuss it.
i thought this was the place to discuss bans.

blizzard has done so many errors ... i will never buy a blizzard game in my life anymore that sounds a bit harsh. the pvp news from d3 must have been pretty enraging for anyone who are invested in d3. i actually think his response is understandable. his post history is allegedly pretty poor, i didn't bother checking that many of his posts, but blizzard fucked up big time there and i think his response is well within reason and justified. it's really unfortunate for the guy who apparently is annoyed at blizzard and got banned for it, to get unbanned around the time of their biggest fuck-up in quite a while. it would take zen buddhist level self constraint for him not to voice his distress. you know, he could go on the battle.net forums and voice his distress. no need for him to do it on tl.net. doing something over and over despite knowing that he is not supposed to....pretty stupid. posting your reaction in regards to an event written about in a thread on tl in that same thread seems pretty fine to me. voicing negative sentiments towards someone / something regardless of what it is, as long as it reasonable is also ok. i think it's a case of the boy who cried wolf. quality contributor on why blizzard has "failed." P.S.
IF MY HARDCORE MAGE IS DEAD after the crash I UNINSTALL DIABLO 3 and WHINE FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE ABOUT BLIZZ
you are right though, kadaver should unban him. that way we could permban him again when he makes another shitty post, and then chew some doublemint gum.

i would assume that 'discuss bans here' would entail calling a ban you don't agree with into question, and it's a bit surprising that you so quickly label it as off-topic. maybe i misunderstood the purpose of this thread.
yes daphreak, he does seem like a "bad poster", and your big red quote is quite ironic, but you don't know if his mage died or not in the crash.

Well I guess the note on top should read "laugh about bans here" so everyone would get the point but still, contesting moderation is always a website feedback matter.

I believe it have been discussed before, although I don't mind a little bit of discussion of questionable bans as long as its not taken to far
