MountainDewJunkie was just temp banned for 2 days by Waxangel. That account was created on 2009-06-29 15:11:26 and had 8490 posts. Ah, so it wasn't him being accused of "martyring" in the sense of him literally saying "I'm sure I'll get banned for saying this but blah blah blah"... it was just him saying something over the top (I assume the reference to being angry + strawman + liberal?). Hopefully that means the mods are discussing the matter. | ||

I had the same problem when I saw that ban. I had no complaints about the ban itself but was surprised to see the reason given as martyring, which made me wonder if the post would have been acceptable if MDJ had just omitted that last line. | ||
