They actually only do that if you have the selection set to do so, which is by default I believe. There is a setting to turn off personalized results. | ||

Reason: Calling the entire realm of Christian faiths a cult is just the straw that broke the camels back. The mods are tired of seeing your user name in the title of reported posts. Other posters are frustrated. I can only assume you're tired of hearing from us as well. After 23 moderator actions in less than a year and countless borderline posts its time for all parties involved to admit you are not compatible with the environment we are trying to cultivate here. Don't get me wrong though, if this was a break-up, the rationale would be "Its not us, its you." inability to be respectful - or at least not disrespectful - to people who don't agree with you is one of the biggest social challenges of this day and age. our parents have raised a whole generation of children who are now adults that think that contempt - and not the cool, detached, you're-almost-below-my-contempt-but-not-quite contempt, but angry contempt - is a natural and proper response to anything you disagree with / don't like. i'm guilty myself far too often of it. | ||
