I swear I had a lot of empathy for this kid at first because I saw a bit of what I used to be like in him, but then after that every one of his blogs was either: a. whining, asking for help and then not doing anything remotely close to what people suggested or b. trying really hard to be philosophical / trying really hard to be funny | ||

You're describing adolescence, a phase all of us have gone through or are either currently undergoing. Of course, some adolescents are more adolescent than others. | ||
