That being said, does that mean he can (later on) PM a friend--who, in turn, can PM a mod to revoke the perm so he can get on after he can afford to do so? I'm think about doing this too, because I'll come onto TL to lurk for no reason; even when there's absolutely nothing that interests me, I'll come on and look around T___T for a half hour OR MORE! ;; Don't ban me just yet, though. | ||

Edit: Come to think of it. Maybe TL should give out a free Help Line number to every person they permaban. Kind of like the 1-800 number they display at casinos for degenerates who can't stop gambling. Know when to say when. | ||
