My guess is that he was allowed back but screwed up. I dunno, that doesn't make sense considering the ban reason was just PBU. Maybe he changed his IP address and outsmarted R1CH and everyone else on TL completely! Just like tdot and TI.

Yeah, I think we've all been guilty of it from time to time. But since I got temp'ed some weeks ago, it's gotten like 300 times worse, even I've given up following this. Off topic is okay if it's somehow related to bans, but Elly wallpapers, mafia games, drunk blogs etc. have nothing to do with the ABL in the least; and discussion of silly e-sports drama should be kept out of here at all costs as well.
If Manifesto were to suddenly show up, there would be red text-a-geddon in this thread right now.
