As you can see TL was just updated and looks very different from before. The most striking change is aesthetic, but we've made some minor functional changes as well. Altogether, we think it makes TeamLiquid a lot more pleasant and convenient to browse.

Aww, no more tech without scrolling down a bunch and looking for it. I think most of the new posters there only see it because it was pretty readily in view from refreshing homepage! :0

Solid overhaul, but I dislike how a user who prefers the per-game sidebar option cannot have the User Streams and Fanclubs subforums on the sidebar without also activating the Games General tab, which essentially adds duplicates of each main game's general forum. It's distracting and doesn't make sense. I would be 100% happy with this if it were possible for User Streams and Fanclubs to be given their own tabs under Community when the per-game sidebar option is enabled.

Looks gorgeous but the viewer count is too far away from the stream name making it hard to associate streams with their viewer count.

The light tone of colours (especially the huge white bars on each side) bothers me. When I'm tired the white stings my eyes and it almost physically hurts to look, grey is so much easier on the eyes, certainly doesn't make me want to use TL much in the night which is a bit sad since many big tournaments are happening so late for Europeans.
