It's very close to the Downtown Berkeley BART. Walking directions here. The last BART in to Berkeley on Friday nights is ~12:50am. The first BART out on Saturday mornings is at 6:08am.
Only street parking is available, but it's free after 6pm, and there should be ample space by evening all over downtown Berkeley. They don't start checking the meters on Saturdays until after 9am.

Other notes and miscellany:
- I'll do a KOTH before the event again. It will be better organized, and people who paid and didn't get to play last time get free entry this time, of course.
- Pizza's meant to be a midnight snack to help get everyone through the night, not necessarily a full meal (if it were a full meal, we'd have to get more and charge everyone more $ and stuff).
- This time is a little more expensive because we have to close the store earlier (and kick out regulars who usually game)
- Eudemonia is a PC gaming center/internet cafe/LAN center with ~30 computers and 5 xboxes. We are also a Magic singles store + tourney center (the pre-release is the day after the OSL/GSL event, haha) and retail board game store. =) So you don't need to bring your own computer to play. We don't have any BYOC plans set up, but if you really want to, send me a PM and I'll talk to the manager and we'll see if we can work something out.
- For OSL, what we're HOPING for is this: we'll get a restream (probably from TL.net), and have moletrap add live english commentary in the store and RESTREAM THE RESTREAM so that his commentary can be enjoyed by Teh Intarnetz too. This is still in the works and details are being worked out. This is definitely happening. We will definitely restream moletrap with commentary. Watch this thread for the link =)

Yes, you may bring your own drinks/snacks, as long as the trash situation doesn't get too outta control. Basically be courteous about the space, which I believe TLers are perfectly capable of doing. <3

Note -- it isn't really meant to be a full dinner, more like a midnight snack to stave off boredom and keep us going all through the night, lol. (If these parties get bigger and bigger, getting a sponsor and getting some kind of catering isn't out of the question, though, lol. But that would be on a whole other level. Dream big.)
Side note -- If you'd like an actual dinner before 10pm, there are a lot of restaurants very close to Eudemonia, mostly hole-in-the-wall types. For example, next door on either side, there's a thai restaurant and a chinese restaurant. Across the street, there's a vegetarian chinese restaurant, a taiwan restaurant, a crepe place, and the most badass brazilian sandwich shack the world has ever seen (tri-tip sandwiches you guys) ... which meet with HD's approval. On both corners of our block, there are different indian restaurants. Around the corner, there's a Subway. There's also a McDonald's down the street. This was a horrible, unorganized list, and for that I apologize.

I'm talking to chromate right now about a city vs. city match.
I will host a single-elimination tournament online, open only to people who plan on showing up to my party in Berkeley. chomate will also host a tournament online (yes, in the next 4 days lol), and then the winner of mine will play the winner of his 45 minutes before the GSL. I've been hoping for a Berkeley OSL(/MSL) finals party for the longest time so I'm glad it's happening, but sad because I can't go as I have work in the morning the next day. I live a 10 minute walk away too. But I'll definitely catch the vods of the restream of the restream if they're available and watch this thread for pictures and the like. Hope you have another successful event!

Next season, we will battle amongst ourselves to see the top 5 we're gonna "send", and then play a league series vs other cities (including Toronto) the week before the GSL5 finals. It'll be epic EEE SPOOORRTTTSSS

I can't even describe the HD/Combat games. They need to be watched, in succession, and always as a set. Have you ever listened to an amazing album, but if you took one song from the middle out of context it wouldn't be as good? That is exactly how these games went.
Combat-Ex plays the best villain. How he has consistently played that part for so long I don't know. He is comic book villain worthy.
