Well, you're forgetting about Razer; they also sponsor TeamLiquid. But as for paying the players, I'm fairly sure that they get salaries. Maybe some of the ad revenue from the site helps support the players. Really, though, I don't think the staff is apt to give out those sorts of financial details without a good reason.
Personally, I wouldn't be opposed to a sort of one-time payment to the site to get a few extra features and further support the site and its players. Sure, that sorta takes away from the spirit of TL, but I've always liked being elitist. I outlined a little plan on how it might work, too.

Because EG offered him a contract that was apparently quite outrageous, player salaries aren't released but we know its quite high. He was offered the contract a while ago and he took the time to think it through (this has been talked to death on SOTG a month or so ago) and it was just the right move for him.
There was no hard feelings at all between HuK and Teamliquid or any of the players, he seemed heartbroken to leave them but it was pretty much something he had to do.

Have you received confirmation that it has been accepted (it might be automatic now, it was done by Chill largely when I got mine setup)?
You do know itll appear under the non-featured section which is the small dropdown spoilered menu under it?

Check out the stream setup thread, I haven't set up a stream for almost a year but i'm fairly sure it takes a while and you will receive confirmation within a few days.

I understand why you guys don't release user's mod notes, but could you make an exception for Charlie Murphy? I doubt they're boring, and I don't think he would mind.
