I played soccer, don't have a lot of female friends, don't dress/act flamboyant, don't like fashion. And also for the last statement about no day for straight guys, what about White History Month, there is Black History Month but nothing for white guys so I guess to answer your question, the reason for these are the same reason there is Black History Month. That is my guess to that last bit.
