On the other hand, it is somewhat selfish of you to expect others to willfully relinquish the potential fulfillment and enjoyment of a loving relationship. The human race is not in any danger and I would also argue that we can do much good in life to "keep the human race going" other than just procreating, which some would say at current rates is counterproductive to mankind's advance. +1 to you however for attempting a logical argument.
