Hello TL, today I decided I want to support you guys and buy a T-shirt. Not only do I want a nice T-Shirt that I can wear proudly, I also want to look really cool in it. (Who doesn't want to look cool with new T-Shirts?)
However, I'm having difficulties buying the light blue T-Shirt. I don't really like that color, and hence, I don't really like that T-Shirt. Light blue is so....Light.
You folks at TL recently updated your webpage with a new look (gj btw). In this spirit, I would also call for you to give us a new T-Shirt selection to buy from. I would be looking for something along these lines:
If T-Shirts like this were available, I wouldn't hesitate to send you money in return for the merchandise. I know TL has always made it a policy to not try to sell too much stuff in order to not bother us with it. I don't want this to change, I love this site. But I'd like to see a little more variety in the ways member can CHOOSE to help you guys out.
This thread is of course open to anyone who has better ideas for shirt design.
I like the new, darker shade of blue. That being said, I'm very picky with buying clothes so I'd buy it if a better design (bigger?) was applied to the darker shade as proposed in the OP.
I'd be cool if the art people could whip up another shirt or two (since they might have more time since the new banner is finished ), but they might be busy with other events coming up which is very understandable.
(Actually, if we've thought about it, no doubt TL staff has thought about it and the shirts are in the making, I hope this supposition is correct, and a great new product from the TL store will be up in no time.) Edit: changed wording
The baby blue shirt colour is so dope. When I ordered the first batch, me and Kennigit decided to go baby blue. When I ordered two new TL shirts, me and Kennigit looked at all the colours offered. We decided, again, that those two shirts had to be baby blue because it was just so amazing.
The only issue I have with my shirt is that the colors seemed to have faded--my shirt looks not-so-baby blue, and the logo and words are practically the same color; I didn't see much of a difference between the violet "Team Liquid" and the winged horse around it, and even the baby blue doesn't seem light enough (in contrast to everything). I don't know if it faded over time, or if the printer was running out of ink when it got to mine, but my shirt (though still AWESOME)'s colors aren't very intense, etc.
I think a darker shirt with that design would last longer ^^ b
Don't worry, we will be adding more shirts in the future. Like just about everything TL does, we'll take our time with new shirts. We never rush things like this. Most likely we will have some sort of T-Shirt design contest in the upcoming months and then pick the best one out of that.

It's a great idea. I think they will do it because the website they are using to print the shirt provides you with a user interface that allows you to choose the shirt color. It should take literally a few minutes for a TL admin to add some new colors
just wanted to say, if shirts like these can be designed i'm definitely going to buy a couple to show my support, not really fond of the current shirts
