I plan on testing it out for myself to see if it actually works. I already work out 3-4 days for at least 1 hour and 15 minutes while eating mainly veggies and fish/meat. Eat more meat. Eat only when you are hungry. Coconut is primarily medium chain triglycerides which the body prefers as a fat fuel source for energy. Thus, it would assist in helping to raise fat burning in the body -- but only a hypocaloric diet really... In reality you can just eat healthy (e.g. real foods) and you'd lose weight just fine. Coconut is definitely on that list and tasty though so have at it. Antioxidants and apples definitely don't promote fat burning though. Anying that is significantly carbs (aka insulinogenic) drives calories into cells. If you don't have the energy demand it's going into fat cells. So far I'm have a great workout schedule consisting of running daily, lifting and doing sprints to get my overall sped up. The 10k is called "Cleveland Rite-Aid marathon" It is on May 17th and I still have to get into better shape since I not only want to finish under 1 hour but also want to win, I probably won't win it since there are marathon runners in it that are doing it at full sprint... FOR 6.2 MILES THEY WILL SPRINT... crazy bastards!! what are you doing now?

Is this weird or anything I should be worried about? Also my squat is about that as well. when anyone benches more than they squat/deadlift, IMHO it would be because: 1. you haven't spent nearly the same amount of time with squats/deadlifts as you have on the bench press 2. you have terrible form. the first reason seems more likely though.

I really learned a lot from this thread. Its more about having the right mindset then anything is achievable.

Yeah...It's a lot harder for me to get into a lifting mindset without my music since my headphones broke. I'm less motivated and lift less weight when i'm not in the zone.

At the very least I can say that I managed to eat zero processed foods actually, it was mainly the Shimofuri meat I ate, ![]() plus the fact that as a consequence, I consumed like 2000 excess calories that night after spending the week on a emga-spartan diet T_T (oh wait fuck I had ice cream at that restaurant, fml) Back to the good ol' clean stuff! <3<3
