Am I supposed to vomit like crazy if I run without eating breakfast? 1 mile with breakfast = 7:30 ish 1 mile without breakfast = 10:30 ish + vomit The problem is on days that I have lab I literally have no time to eat, and it's usually at the end of the week so I'm dead tired. | ||
