playing a game with artstyle and santa must have raised you to the beyond godlike mmr bracket

The game panics when you get too far from a 50% winrate.The only way to get above 50% is to play with alot of friends. If you don't you will find yourself playing with worse and worse teammates the more you win (thinking it should be the opposite? think again!) and eventually you will start to lose because the opponents are only getting better.

^thats what i feel atm. i feel like now i have to pick carry to carry the whole team (because even when i play 'aggresive' support like bane, the game ends when the oppo knows they should focus me down). and dont play ap, overwhelming amount of cheapskates and tryhards.
what are cheapskates? e.g. drow+jugger, aa+sk (both sk), jugger come in base ulti and blades+tp. *facepalm*

This is not the impression I am getting at all from my own games, or general assumptions about the matchmaking system. Do you have a source for this information?

Three games in a row against invis heroes and our supports refusing to get dust because "its not their job"
Two games in a row, both Omniknights, refusing to let our carry get farm and refusing to buy courier, ward, etc. because "hero choice does not decide what role I play, my skill does, stfu" and "go away im better than you scrubby"

So annoyed right now; was playing a match and we were pretty much dominating the other team. I had Bs and had 2 deaths and 18. Well, we were going to start pushing more and than our husk just afk's. Does not say a word, just afk's. Not long after that, our shadow demon disconnects. Because of husk afk'ing, we lost the match.
Probably one of my best games as bs and ruined now... sigh...

Why is playing CM an excuse to go 1-11-4? I was 6-2-4 Mirana and when I called CM out for feeding everyone raged at me because that is apparently what CM does? I could understand if he died in team fights, but he was constantly pushing by himself with 5 mia and getting ganked.

The matchmaking does feel very off indeed, I play a lot of 5-man stacks with players of very varying skill level, from newcomers to dota2 to people who have been playing for years, and it feels like more often than not we get matched up against people we have literally no chance against, to the point of losing every single lane badly. But when I solo-queue, I seem to get opponents and allies that are way worse than the people I play against when I have a team. I guess it might just do a poor job calculating the overall skill-level of a full premade team.

I base my support play off of maelk. However, I am not as good as he is currently on veno so I went 2-7-20 instead of 0-20-7.

I felt kinda bad for him when you could see him kinda hesitate to go in and ult and realise that he just has to with a sigh.
At one point the score was 24-47 against with him having 20 deaths iirc - i think they managed to win in the end though. Amazingly gripping game.

no not in the game that is being referenced - no he did not. He just died over and over no matter what he did. (Eg when trying to ward)

If you don't know, you haven't played Dota2 on Europe. Simple as that. (I have no idea what you're talking about with the 80's and white-ra but I had hoped to stay away from the incredibly boring "special tactics" meme in a Dota2 thread but clearly I was too optimistic).
