Natures Prophet who decides it a great idea to tp right on top of a fed slardar. TPs away just when it would be a good idea to teamfight. TPs in when he could easily force a tp away from them. Don't think he ganked the entire laning phase. And he screwed up my lane by pulling unstacked creeps and dieing to slardar.
Needless to say, he was russian.

How about a Natures Prophet who doesn't get TP until level 14. Opting to get stats instead of it, saying it was useless and does no damage to enemies so what's the point.

They always count. Safe to leave means you won't get abandon, but you still get a loss if you lose (and win if you win). I've gotten a few losses when someone on the opponent team has left (abandoned) and then everyone on MY team leaves just because it's safe to leave....

Are you sure?
I've had multiple cases where the entire enemy team left after it was safe to leave, and we pushed in for the win and I got no win for it.
